As we cannot function without breathing for a couple of minutes, it’s a key element for survival. Movement is such a strong tool to break through our daily boundaries, release tension, become more in touch with ourselves and has many health benefits.

A full scale movement analysis to determine weaknesses, imbalances and deficiencies of your movement patterns. Based on the outcome and your goals we’ll work on a program to create the right constraints to improve your performance.

Dealing With Stress Package

A full scale anxiety and nervous system assessment. Based on the outcome we will determine your intervention to deal with anxiety. The intervention will be constrained based to improve your self-regulation which consist movement and breath work. It includes weekly calls/ physical sessions (6x, 1 on 1 sessions) and constant communication through what’s app and/or e-mail.

Our Approach…

Is to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being. We work with a constrained based approach, meaning we’ll provide the guidelines to reach your goals. By doing so you’ll improve your self-regulation and therefore create your own learning experiences. To achieve this, we thrive to create a safe environment. Feeling safe will ensure higher learning rates. Movement is the key element in all of this. Although movement is a by-product it can support your growth. Whether it’s low, medium and/ or high intensity movements, we believe that improving your state will improve your interoception (sense of internal state) and therefore you’ll be able to deal better with the external world.
